Estate and whole-house cleanouts, handled with care

Clearing a parent's home, prepping a rental between tenants, or getting a house ready to list: these are big jobs that need a plan, not a dumpster in the driveway. We walk the house with you, agree on what stays, and clear the rest room by room.

What it costs

Most whole-house cleanouts are two to four trailer loads. We quote the total up front after a walk-through, so there are no surprises on the last day. Anything with resale value can offset the price.

Minimum pickup$80
Quarter trailer$150
Half trailer$225
Full trailer$450

Questions we get a lot

Can you work with a realtor or property manager?

Yes. We regularly clear homes for realtors and landlords in Denton, Corinth and Flower Mound and can send before-and-after photos when we're done.

What about items that might be valuable?

We'll set aside anything that looks like it has value and ask. Nothing gets tossed without your say-so.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a day or two of the walk-through.
